He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth J Underwood (Fosnaugh); his children, Ricky Underwood Jr. (Tammy), Joshua Underwood (Alissa) and Gloria Underwood; his siblings, Lisa Littler (Shane), Sherry Riffle and William L Underwood Jr.; and his grandchildren, Makyla Lewis, Leah Maurer, Ricky Lewis III, Carter Lewis, Joshua Underwood Jr. and Asher Underwood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews and many family and friends.
