He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Robert "Bobby" Ackerman, Jr. (Susan) and Kristie Tabor (Chris); his brothers, Roger (Brenda) and David Ackerman (Kathy); his brother-in-law Robert Smolinski (Carolyn); and his mother-in-law Charlotte Smolinski. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
