He is survived by: his brother Phillip E. Chapman; his cousin Paul Locke (Laura); and his sibling's children, Richard C. Peppers Jr. (Evelyn), David C. Peppers Sr. (Theresa), James L. Peppers (Kim), Kenneth G. Burley (Chi Chi), Phillip C. Chapman (Kira), Patrick E. Chapman, Nancy K. McClendon (Ernie), Doreen Burley, Karolyn M. Burley-Parks and Allyson Chapman. He is also survived by great-great nephews and nieces and friends.
