He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Teresa Cook (Gatterdam); and his brothers, Don and Ralph. He is survived by: his father J. Donald Cook; his wife Ruth Ann McCarthy; his children, Kevin Cook (Kimberly) of Windermere, FL, Kathleen Cook of Boston, MA, Colleen Cook of Portsmouth, NH, Susan Cook of Columbus and Julie Cook (Greg Pattison) of Powell; his granddaughters, Arla Alexander (John) and Ann Marie Cook; and his great grandchildren, Evie Grace, Addie Joy, Noah and Luke.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in memory of Robert be made to the Alzheimer's Association Central Ohio Chapter (https://www.alz.org) or The Central Ohio American Heart Association.
