He is survived by: his children, Pam (Bill), Chris and Rob (Barb); his grandchildren, Erin Bates (Tim), Kelly Timberlake (Stix), Jamie Welch (Pace), Jason Smith (Nicole), Justin Smith (Raeann), Makenzie Mills (Steve), Zach Creadon (Katie) and Daniel Brown (Mallory); and his great grandchildren, Becker Smith, Caroline Timberlake, Annarose Timberlake, Wyatt Welch, Hannah Bates, Benson Smith, Eden Welch, Ryleigh Timberlake, Maxwell Bates, Dallas Mills, Bodhi Smith, Luna Smith, Bernice Mills and Georgia Timberlake.
