He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chosy and Julia Chosy (John Chosy); and his siblings, Eugene, Emma, Irene, Julius and Louis.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Angela Garbin, Tina Garbin (Frank), Lora Ackerman (Darren), Julia Chosy, Jay Chosy (Lorna), Becky Rose (Calvin), Bob L. Chosy (Pam) and Clifford Chosy; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Thomas, Oliver, Kevin, Sparkle, Enza, Nicolas, Stephen, Chris, Jenny, Corey, Ria, Cory and Jessyca. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
