He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Kendall; his parents, Robert Kendall and Peggy Kendall; and his siblings, Ricky, Jimmy, Juanita and Yvonne.
He is survived by: his daughter Mindy; his son-in-law Leroy Frazier; and his granddaughter Kylee Frazier.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the funeral home to help cover final expenses.
