He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Frazier and Henrietta Ledsinger (Howard); his siblings, Shirley Beacon and Danny Ledsinger (Marty); and his sister-in-law Sherry Ledsinger.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Y. Frazier (Smiley); his daughters, Endrea Frazier of Washington, DC and Lori Frazier of Columbus, OH; and his siblings, Roy Ledsinger Jr. of Lima, OH, E. Maxine Frazier of San Antonio, TX and Darlene Ledsinger of Yulee, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
