He is survived by: his children, Trey Harshaw, Aaliyah Harshaw and Robyn Harshaw; his mother Rose Lewis; his siblings, Regina Harshaw, Shrree Brown (Earl), Daniel Pitts and Daryl Pitts; and his grandchildren, Delayni Harshaw and Aria Harshaw. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
