He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Laird and Robert Jones Laird. He is survived by: his wife Jane Laird; his sons, Robert (Lynne) and Rick Laird (Jen); his brothers, Don (Judy) and Skip Laird; his sister-in-law Helen Ruby; his grandchildren, Megan, Cole (Kelsey), Jordan, Morgan and Alan Laird; and his stepgrandchildren, Kaitlin Spencer (Jimmy) and Jackson Sizemore. He is also survived by three step great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
