Robert Letcher Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Letcher of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Letcher and Catherine Letcher; his wife Theresa LeMaster; his brothers, Mark, Tom and Rick; and his brother-in-law Joel Payton.
He is survived by: his sisters, Peg Bainbridge (Mark), Patty Payton and Jeannie Cesario (Fred); his daughter Corrina Sweeney (Shawn); his sister-in-law Kim Hargett; and his nieces and nephews, Hayley Cesario, Bryan Hawkins (Lindsay), Jessica Stiel (Chris), Catherine Waelchli (Michel), Erin Sunderland (Zach), Krista Hoefler (Drew), Justin Hargett (Alex) and Travis Hargett (Robin).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Unitarian Universalist Church (93 W Weisheimer Rd, Columbus, OH 43214).
His last act of giving was to donate his body to The Ohio State University for Parkinson's research.
