He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Parsons and Katherine Parsons (Johnson); his wife Dottie; and his son-in-law Clifford Slay. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Paula), Brenda Slay of Powell, OH and Randi Hornback (Scott) of Clayton; his grandchildren, David Keiser (Brenda) of Westerville, OH, Brittany Butts (Randi) of Middlesex, NC and Kyle Hornback (Randi) of Clayton, NC; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor Betty (Ellie), Greyson James and Brandon Scott Butts (Brittany).
