She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Hanson and Anna Hanson; and her siblings, Sheila Hanson, Audrey Richards, Iris Bates, Wallace Hanson, Lois Ericksen, Marie LaJeunesse, Vernon Hanson and Alton Hanson.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Gordon W. Powell; her stepsons, David Powell (Nancy), Erik Powell (Missy), Craig Powell and Norman Powell (Vicki); her grandchildren, Jenna Grayson (Jon Ayre), Nels Oman III, Richard, Griffin Zack, Austin, Jordan (Mandy), Spencer, Remy Powell, Tyler, Parker, Kevin St, Pierre, Clay, Carter St, Amy, Lauren Powell, Michael, Addie Mitiska and Summer Powell; and her great grandchildren, Camilla, Henry and George. She is also survived by 8 children, 18 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
