He is survived by: his mother Nettie Ree Gaddis; his siblings, Reggie Carson, Terri English-Trotter and Ronnie McElwain; his children, Whisper McElwain, Tiffany Burnett, Seilant Rivera-Jimenez and Precious McElwain; and his grandchildren, D'vontay Robinson Jr., Marquie Burnett, Maryah Fields, La'nae Johnson, Ja'niya Lee, Santiago Smith and Melodi Grasty.
