He was predeceased by: his wife Linda C Milburn (Hatfield); his parents, John William Milburn III and Rose Marie Milburn (DiGioia); his siblings, James L and Cynthia; his son Ronald L Milburn Jr.; and his granddaughter Cynthia Voit.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Voit (Mike), Chris (Anita), Michael, Michelle Shull and Jeri Lynn. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 everyone will be required to wear an approved mask for the viewing at the request of Maeder-Quint-Tiberi.
