He is survived by: his wife Lee; his siblings, George (Sharron) and Kathryn Sowers (Dave); his son Janosch; his grandchildren, Arijana and Zane; his son Nicholas (Ashly); and his grandchildren, Ryan and Katarina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
