He is survived by: his wife Louvenia Osborne; his children, Rahsaan Cherry, Frank Price Ill (Dalphanie), Andrae Price (Markette Phifer) and Derrick Price; his granddaughter Sierra Price; his siblings, Jame Thomas Bates of Florida, Flora Pleasant of Delaware and Renee Osborne of Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Bates of Delaware, Lisa Logan, Eva Dreher, Bridget Dreher, Harriett Carlock, Toney Dreher and Darnell Dreher. He is also survived by twelve other grandchildren; one great grandson.
