He was predeceased by: his parents, George Simmons and Izetta Lewis; and his siblings, Marion Williams, Patricia Walker and Amy Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Hall; his daughters, Tanika N. T. J. Babatunde (Akeem) and Stacy L. Hall (Michael Jones); his granddaughters, Dominique L. Gilliam, Ashee O Johnson and Morgan L Hall; his great grandchild Journee A. L. Dannals; his siblings, Douglas Williams of Alabama, Darryl Hall, Paul Hall, Carolyn Jackson (Joe), Josephine Hall and Tracy Reed (Keith); and his close friends, Brent Ward and Michael Cornett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, dear friends.
