He is survived by: his children, Roosevelt Suggs Jr. (Willy), Gary, Marche Vendel (Michael), Toi Santamaria (late Josè), Tami Holland (Rennie) and Patricia Smith (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Derik, Tiera, Kcasey, Christopher Roosevelt, Ashley (Kade), Tim, Klay (Arianna), Justine, Tianna, Tonja (Tim), Trè, Jason, Marcos, Kailah (Ju), Jett, Michael James, Audrey, Linna (Tom), Donovan (Aubrey) and Anita (Spencer); his siblings, Joann McKinnon (Michael), Ella Mae Herring (Alvin) and Charlie Suggs (Cheryl); his fathers-in-law, Alonzo Hogan (Joan), Henry Hogan (Linda), Joseph Hogan and Dennis Hogan (Denise); and his sisters-in-law, Delores Hogan Johnson, Idell Hogan and Elsie Hogan. He is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends.
