He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Silvia; his brother Harry W.; and his niece Rhonda P. Mayes. He is survived by: his son Roscoe S. Mayes Jr. (Brandy); his grandsons, Keagan Mayes and Matthias Mayes; his brother Harold "Eddy" Mayes (Margaret); his niece Gretchen Mayes; and his friend Bonnie Schultz.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Maeder-Quint-Tiberi Funeral Home (1068 S High St, Columbus, OH 43206).
