He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Robert Withrow Sr. and Gladys Meadows Withrow; his grandson David Withrow; and his brother Eddie Withrow (Charles Withrow). He is survived by: his children, Teresa McGraw (Paul), Lisa Childers (Greg), Karen Holsinger and Roy Nelson Withrow (Patricia); his grandchildren, Michael, Adam, Jacob, Randall, April, Brandy, Amber, Jessica, Sky and Breanna; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Zoey, Olivia, Bentley, Randall, Caleb, Christian, Mia, Luke, Emma, Liam, La'Marr, Heavenah and Faith.
