She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Carl and Ruby Fern Waldon; her grandparents, Thomas and Maude Tucker; her former husband Rodney Eugene Hoover; and her brothers, Vester Carl Holbrook and Thomas Knox.
She is survived by: her husband Max Forquer; her sisters, Jeannie Waldon and Toni Knox Keller (Chuck); her children, Dawn Hoover Noble (Andrew) and Rodney Eugene Hoover (Serena); her brother Gary Fout; and her nephew Rick Holbrook (Anna). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
