She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Swearingen and Anna Swearingen; and her brother Jack Swearingen. She is survived by: her husband Frank Schiraldi; her children, Danielle Zabonik (Fred) and Tim Schiraldi (Katherine); and her brothers, Chuck Swearingen (Dani) and David Swearingen (Judy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Sally's request was to have no service, and with respect for her wishes, the family requests in lieu of flowers, those who wish, please contribute to their favorite charity.
