She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Welch and Gladys Welch; her husband LeRoy Dutch Salzgaber; and her children, Howard and Peggy.
She is survived by: her brother Sonnie. She is also survived by 7 grandsons, and many great grand children.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the John Quint Treboni Funeral Home (1177 W 5th Ave, Columbus, OH 43212).
