She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Rodgers and Eugene Crum; her grandchildren, Bob of Columbus and Maxine of Columbus; and her siblings, John Hutchinson of Kentucky, Yohlanda Dixon of West Virginia, Susan Rollins of Florida, Kathy Bays of Ohio, Paul Smith of Ohio and Paula Smith of Ohio.
