He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lanier; his daughter Sandra Elaine Lanier-Walker (Brian); his adoptive daughter Staci Brown; his grandsons, Julian Seigle Lanier-Walker and Troi Brown; his great grandchild Tatum Miles; his sibling's children, Marva Hogan (Roy), Christine Mathis, Barbara Harris, William Scott, Jesse Scott, Carey Harris and John Harris; his close friends, Robert Lynch, William Carter, Shirley Jackson, Susie Bibins, Constance Toles and Delores Pierce; Tanai Miles. He is also survived by many cousins, great nieces and nephews.
