He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene; his parents, Israel Raiz and Sarah Raiz; and his siblings, Dov Raiz (Sarah) and Muriel Giterman (Gersain).
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Lisa Raiz of Columbus, Michael Raiz (Cathy) of Cleveland and Daniel Raiz (Abigail) of Cleveland; and his grandchildren, Eden, Marisa, Lauren and Aaron.
