She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald H. Gant and Geraldine E. Gant (Hendrix); her husband Thomas Newkirk; and her sister Marsha Keefer. She is survived by: her sons, Gerald T. Newkirk (Audra) and James E. Newkirk; her grandchildren, Ralph F. Moore, Daniel J. Newkirk, Zachary E. Newkirk, Kaitlyn P. Sallee (Jonathan), Preston Michael Thomas Newkirk and Spencer Gerald Newkirk; and her great grandchildren, Korie Randall and Theodore Newkirk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear cousins; as well as good neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Western Reserve Hospice.
