With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Rees (Columbus, Ohio), born in Tiffin, Ohio, who passed away on March 18, 2026 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Rosemary Scheiber; her husband Michael Rees; her brother Joe Scheiber; her son-in-law Todd Van Allen; and her brother-in-law Michael Scott.
She is survived by: her father Paul J. Scheiber; her pet Frankie; her children, Shannon Rees, Shelley Van Allen, Matthew Rees (Celene) and Stephanie Lewallen (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Shanessa Rees, Whitney Woodson (Boaz Laguerre), Zachary Rees, Shianne Rees and Reese Lewallen; her great grandchildren, Aivy and Kayomi Laguerre; and her siblings, Dan Scheiber (Sandi), Paul J. Scheiber Jr., Janet Scott, Mary Plute (David), Terri Burud (Joe) and Sara Scarborough (Matt). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
