He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richmond and H. Lucille Richmond (Postlethwait); his wife Isabelle "Issy" Tiber Richmond; his sisters, Florence, Patty, Laura and Imogene; his siblings-in-law, Betty and David; and his parents-in-law, Russell and Rosemond Tiber.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Stoneking (John) of Grove City, OH, Chuck Richmond of Columbus, OH, Beth Ann Richmond of Asheboro, NC and Rusty Richmond (Lisa) of New Martinsville, WV; his grandchildren, Jill, Jacob, Ben, Asia, Quintin, Brandon, Ashelynne and Trey; his great grandchildren, Mia, Loki, Adalynn and Ivy; his brothers, John Richmond (Karen), Harold Richmond (Sue) and Burl Richmond (Shirley); and his brothers-in-law, Drex Wood and Kenny Goddard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, families and friends.
