She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Smith and Ada Smith (Swartz); her husband Terrence "Terry" Jacobs; and her son Steven Gall. She is survived by: her daughter Christine Hicks; her stepdaughter Christine Phillips (Matt); her daughter-in-law Dianne Fidelibus; her grandchildren, Nicolette Zane (Andrew), Gloria McCallum (Bret), Robert Fidelibus, Hannah Kraner (Josh), Tristan Weaver and Matthew Bowman; her great grandchildren, Ella Zane, Bryson, Mia, Liam Kraner, Max, Wyat and Zinnia McCallum; and her extended family Lisa Phillips. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
