He was predeceased by: his friend Virginia Algoe; his stepson Todd Hamilton; his grandson Timothy "Timmy" Miracle; his siblings, Billy Russell and Mary Algeo; and his daughter Grace Marie Algoe-Penny.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Algoe (Healther) and Tammy Webber (Darrin); his siblings, Ernest Jackson Algeo, Rosalie Algeo-Safford and Tex Ritter Algoe; and his children, Howard Taft Jr., Betty Alberta Algeo-Aikey, Charles Eugene Algeo and Ruth Ann Algeo-Stewart. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
