She is survived by: her husband Robert Shultz; her daughters, Kimberly Dickinson (Ken), Kristina Phillips and Karen Benham (Tom); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Christopher, Sean, Elizabeth, Thomas and Andrew. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; sisters-in-laws; nieces and nephews.
