It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Hostetter in Columbus, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James G. Fershee and Marian P. Fershee (Metcalf); her former husbands, Ronald Murphy and Terry Hoket; and her husband Allan B. Hostetter.
She is survived by: her children, Heather N. Mundschau and Bradley A. Hostetter; her siblings, Susan J. Fershee, Sarah K. Fershee (Virginia Miles) and Philip J. Fershee (Willa S. Fershee); her granddaughter Payden R. Canterbury (Kellie); and her stepdaughters, Robin Hostetter Jennings (John) and Susan Hostetter Dailey. She is also survived by numerous step-nieces, -nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
