She was predeceased by: her husband Max L. Boring; her daughter Valorie Boring; her grandson Christopher Higginbotham; and her siblings, James Bable, Ferndora Kurelic and Wanda Johnson.
She is survived by: her parents, Meryil Berton Bable and Carrie Opal Bable of Point Rock; her daughters, Diana Higginbotham of Racine and Lori German (Jim) of Upper Arlington, Ohio; her grandchildren, Michael Higginbotham (Amanda) of Racine, Erin Houck (Kale) of Wilmington and John German of Upper Arlington; and her friends, Doris Roof and Beverly Crist. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, countless devoted nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (766 S High St, Columbus, OH 43206). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Reedsville Cemetery (65765-65773 Ohio River Scenic Byway, Reedsville, OH 45772).
