She is survived by: her parents, Dawn Eisenman (Chris Welch) and Travis Eisenman; her siblings, Anthony, Travis, Taylor, Trinity and Christopher; and her pet Spider. She is also survived by her grandparents, several aunts, uncles and cousins, along with numerous loving close friends.
