He was predeceased by: his son Michael Baldwin; his brother Bill Baldwin; and his son-in-law John Emptage. He is survived by: his wife Diane Baldwin; his children, Vicki Emptage, Heather Welch (Jeff), Richard Baldwin (Sara), Stephen Baldwin (Leona) and Eric Baldwin; his grandchildren, Cherri Baldwin, Paige Welch, Christian and Anderson Baldwin; his great grandchildren, Makenna Baldwin, Alexis Baldwin, Owen Baldwin and Landon Baldwin; and his nieces and nephews, Kelsey Cook, Alexandria Downing, David Cook and Aaron Stevens.
