She was predeceased by: her mother Lothel Adkins; her grandparents, Charles and Anna Adkins; and her aunt Karen Collins (Edward). She is survived by: her father Charles "Chuck" Adkins Jr.; her children, Justin Adkins, Brendan Barney (Marina), Hayleigh Adkins and Adriana Thomas; her siblings, Martha Blackburn (Chuck) and Patrick Horvath (Anissa); and her aunt Denise Sprague (Joe). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Clintonville Chapel (4341 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214).
