He is survived by: his brother Philip Ballard (Bertha) of Columbus; his niece Heather Baker (Jeremy) of Westerville; his nephews, Jeremy Richards (Melanie) of Columbus, Justin Richards (Kayla) of Coeburn, VA and Zachery Stewart (Danielle) of Columbus; and his great-niece Kara Francis.
