He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wagner and Christina Wagner. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Palo (Alan) and Phillip Wagner (Mary Lou); his niece Sanna Palo (Jeremy Porter); and his nephews, Ryan Wagner (Nichi), Nathan Wagner (Kari), Evan Wagner (Marissa) and Brandon Wagner (Amy). He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, and godchildren.
