He was predeceased by: his wife Wendy Brock; his siblings, Thomas Wise and Mary Patricia Brown; and his father Charles Wise. He is survived by: his children, Mary Patricia Wise, Charles Wise-Sanders and Mary Alyssa Wise-Sanders; his granddaughter Valerie K Wise-Thach; his mother Mary Ann Wise; and his siblings, Charles Michael Mary (Anais), Mary Catherine Cline, Timothy M. and Patrick S. (Elaine). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many family and friends.
