He was predeceased by: his father Gene Mathless. He is survived by: his wife Danette Barnett Mathless; his mother Bettie Goldfarb Mathless; his sisters, Carole Kahn (Richard) and Lorrie Effron (Barry); his nieces and nephews, Michelle Kahn (Andrew Douglas), Michael Kahn, Daniel Kahn, Gayle Effron (Ben Lidman), Allison Effron (Stuart Osro), Jill Effron (Cory Meyer), Pete Hamilton, Chris Hamilton, Mitch Hamilton and Maria Hamilton; and his great-nieces, Charlotte and Alivia Hamilton.

Contributions may be made to Ahavas Shalom, Torat Emet and Beth Jacob.
