He was predeceased by : his parents, William A. Elkins and Carol J. Elkins (Link). He is survived by : his brother Eric; his sister-in-law Lisa Elkins; his nephew Dominic Elkins of Tampa, FL; his friend Chris Coutant; and his aunts, Margaret Granger, Diane Arnold and Judy Link.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Steve's name to his nephew Dominic's school, Livingstone Academy Exceptional Center for Autism, 405 Beverly Blvd, Brandon, Florida 33511.
