He was predeceased by: his former wife Harriet Weltz; and his parents, Harry Weltz and Celia Weltz. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Weiss; his children, Robin Parks (Alan) and Irwin Weltz (Kerri); and his nephews, Ira, Barry and Neil Gurvitch. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Epstein Memorial Chapel (3232 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43213). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the New Beth Jacob Cemetery (2565 Performance Way, Columbus, OH 43207).
