She was predeceased by: her mother Lillian C. Hicks-Chesser; and her brother Wayne "Butch" Chesser. She is survived by: her husband John Tier; her son Keith Shirk (Dariel); her sister Vonna Haines; and her nephew Wil Tilley (Brooke). She is also survived by family members and friends.
