Susan Byer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Byer of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on June 6, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Susan departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Susan may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Susan leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Meyer and Rose Meyer. She is survived by: her brother Jack Meyer (Barbara); her children, Andrew Byer (Tina) and Heather Byer (Mathew Samuel); and her grandchildren, Rachel Taitel (Byer), Alexander Byer and Willa Samuel.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Epstein Memorial Chapel (3232 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43213).
