She is survived by: her mother Marsha Kay Brackbill of Wilmington; her husband Robert Murle Wagner of Columbus; her aunt Joan Russell Brackbill; and her cousins, James Earle Brackbill, III (Jeb) and Anne Brackbill McKee. She is also survived by her family and friends.
