She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Creath Miller of Brentwood, TN; her husband John Herbert; her children, Will, Laura (Jorge Cisneros) of Ann Arbor, MI and Ben; her daughter-in-law Sneha of Dallas, TX; her sister Shelly; her brother-in-law Bill Hughes of Nashville, TN; her brother Charles Miller; her sister-in-law Elaine of Orem, Utah; her brother Richard Miller; her sister-in-law Paula of The Woodlands, TX; her brother Andrew Miller; her sisters-in-law, Kate of Mechanicsville, VA and Ann Herbert Rodgers (Patrick Rodgers) of Bradenton, Fla.; Elaine of Manila. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews and 12 grandnieces and grandnephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Girl Scouts of Ohio's Heartland, the Columbus Zoo or St. John's.
