She was predeceased by: her father Stuart Modes. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Cannon; her daughters, Lindsey Cannon (Semaj Bryant) and Nicolette Modes (Steven Norton); her mother Carol Dworkin (Michael); her brothers, Robert Modes (Chantal) and Scott Bohanon-Mullett (Sandy); her stepmother Tari Modes; her grandchildren, Jaydence, Jayde Bryant and Kashmere Norton; and her aunts, Sonia Modes and Julia Modes.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Susan's memory may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
