She is survived by: her siblings, Patrick J. O'Connor, Timothy R. O'Connor, Theresa A. Putnam and Molly Englehardt (John); her sisters-in-law, Susan O'Connor and Barbara O'Connor; her siblings' children, Kara Prem (Bill) of Matt O'Connor, KT, Patrick O'Connor, Ashley Hofacre (Matt), Rachel Putnam, Jack Englehardt and Annie Englehardt; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rory Prem, D. Liam Prem, Maggie Carroll, Ryan Carroll and Caroline Hofacre; her aunt Irene Navin (Protestant); and her brother Scott R. Gulick. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
